Firstly thank you to Omni for his effort in getting this up and running well done mate. You certainly have assisted to guide the Horde into an exciting new era.


Princes of the Horde, you are hereby charged with the Strategic leadership and stewardship of your designated Province.

In taking this role in the vast engine room of our Nation, I fully expect you to know and understand the full workings of your Province. Each of the Provinces is described in that particular thread, which contains a good initial outline of what you have to govern. Each thread has been individually tailored, and I would like you to get to know your thread, and treat it as a notice board to the Horde of what you have going on, as well as a place for your various field responsibilities.

Field Responsibilities:

- Reporting any and all turn requirements in the appropriate turn thread as soon as possible. The goal is to get these in prior to the turn arriving.
- City Industry (build queues). Please know that there is quite a comprehensive list prepared for the build queues. This can be found in the Blood Money thread.
- City Labour Market (City Specialists)
- Provincial Administration (Tile management between cities)
- Public Works (Worker orders, tile improvement, forest chop decisions)
- Forestry (Map and steward the one time forest chop bonus by making a forestry map of which tiles that used the forest chop bonus)
- Political security (Observe happiness is intact and request fiscal policies and military)
- Territorial Security (Observe Cultural borders, espionage and external military risks)
- Provincial Identity (develop provincial culture, flag, banner, heraldic symbol, national hymn, Youth military organization, small stories and so on)
- Provincial Report (Based on "Bloodmoney" Excel Formats, report briefly provincial development per turn, as well as a complete pie chart audit every five turns)
- Representing the Province in the Khan's Bloodhall Council of Grand Princes, which will meet every 5 turns. This meeting will be to assist each other, and allow Rob and Omni to discuss Hordeland Control and Blood Money aspects.
- Provincial Principality Guard (1-8 military units command) These units will become available in the coming turns, as you know we are currently in a all out war destroying the Bards.
Each Prince has the right to post orders for the Regiments of the Red Guard that are stationed in their Province.
These units will make up a Principality Guard Brigade for that Province.
As some Princes also have their own Brigades, then that province could have 2 brigades.
All orders must be posted in the upcoming Ordered Post.
This can include requests: to strike certain objectives; manoeuvring to an area; barbarian hunting; long distant patrols; city guard duties etc.
Red Guard Duties for said units have priority.
Red Guard General Staff have final say over all Regiments.
